Introducing Chakra Yoga Workshop Sessions!
Chakras are energy centers that are believed to be located along the spinal column of the body. Sometimes when these centers are unbalanced, we don’t feel our best – emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. There are specific asanas (yoga postures) for each of these centers that will help bring them back to alignment and help you feel renewed, refreshed and fantastic!
Join me for this 8-week Series where we’ll explore:
* Each of the 7 chakras in detail
* How to know when there might be an imbalance
* Ways to help correct it
* How to practice visualizations and meditations to balance your energy
* What additions to your yoga practice might also be helpful

Week 3: Second Chakra: the Emotion Chakra
Week 4: Third Chakra: the Ego Chakra

Week 7: Sixth Chakra: the Intuition Chakra (our "Third Eye")
